Patrick Richer

Construction Manager

Patrick is our Construction Manager, looking after the sourcing and purchasing of all our materials and he oversees the site team, as well as health and safety, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Originally from Montreal in Canada, Patrick initially worked for an engineering company in the city, before heading across the country to the mountains of Whistler where he enjoyed working two ski seasons. That is where he met his wife, who is from Jersey, so they moved to the island. Patrick decided that he wanted a career in the construction industry, so he studied at University College Jersey where he gained a degree in Construction Management.

Patrick developed the specialist cleaning and restoration area of our business with projects including St James Church, New Look on King Street, 2-10 Library Place, the Southampton Hotel and RBS House on Bath Street. He also headed up the team responsible for the installation of the architectural precast concrete for JIFC Building No 4 on the Esplanade.

Patrick’s very much a family man and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children. He enjoys good living and everything Jersey has to offer, spending time on the beach, kayaking, paddleboarding and pier jumping at St Brelade’s Bay.

“Le Pelley is fantastic business to work for. We have a committed team and we are well looked after. I have learnt so much and developed my expertise here. We like to tackle the challenging projects that others tend to shy away from, and I like that. We always find a way.”
