For this restoration project, we replaced top render and concrete pinnacles with precision, employing rubber mould techniques for RC feature elements. Steam cleaning and TORC treatment restored its grandeur, while careful repointing protected its legacy.

Horizon - a landmark collaboration with @Groupe_Legendre! 💫
Le Pelley is thrilled to have played a pivotal role in this vast project, alongside Groupe Legendre, designed by the renowned Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed in partnership with @JerseyDevCo Groupe Legendre.
Our work encompassed the meticulous design, supply, and installation of 6,200 Sqm of Portuguese limestone rainscreen cladding and 4,500 Sqm of Metsec partitions, complete with custom bracketries to navigate a 5-degree facade orientation shift every two floors.
This project is a proud showcase of our commitment to `crafting from imagination`, bringing together the finest in design, craftsmanship, and client collaboration.

The international Finance Centre 6 building in St Helier, is a testament to our delivery of premium quality products and services. We take pride in the successful design and installation of the striking lower plinth granite rainscreen cladding, using the captivating Chinese blue granite with two distinct finishes, bush hammered and vertical ribbed, the facade radiates a perfect blend of texture and elegance.
Our team also meticulously crafted bespoke solid granite plinths, planters and benches in the extension, showcasing the exquisite beauty of light grey honed Chinese granite.
To conclude the project we supplied external granite paving, coping and kerbs, seamlessly integrating Portuguese and Chinese granite in a unified bush-hammered finish.
Le Pelley`s foundation is build on dedicate and we create masterpieces that leave a lasting legacy.

For Meadow Farm, we meticulously matched the existing stone using a fusion of traditional random stone and Ashlar walling. We chose a combination of local and Portuguese granite, as well as purple stone imported from France, to complete the stunning and harmonious finish.
This Portuguese dark pink granite was skilfully treated to provide a bespoke "aged" finish. For the traditional granite wall we used reclaimed granite to match existing parts of the project - and added the lime pointing.

We’re thrilled to announce that @LePelleyJersey has been awarded the prestigious @Hettich_Jewellers project in King Street, St Helier!
This iconic corner building, dating back to the 1930s, is set for a complete refurbishment, and we’re honoured to play a pivotal role in its transformation.
Our involvement includes the meticulous cleaning and restoration of the upper white concrete facade elements. Additionally, we’ll be spearheading the design, supply, and installation of the ground floor rainscreen cladding, featuring Black fine grain polished granite and Portuguese limestone in a honed finish. Internally, we’re weaving our expertise into various stone elements.
A big thank you to Rok Construct (@rokgroup_jersey) for entrusting us with this unique landmark project. Special mentions to Architect Elliot Design Partnership and Structural Engineer Ross Gower Associate for their collaborative efforts.
