Pascal leads our team at Le Pelley and he is our first point of contact for all our clients and customers. His story began in Toulouse in France where he studied construction from the age of 15. He went on to obtain a Structural Engineer Diploma from the prestigious Ecole Nationale d’Ingenieur in St Etienne and a Licence in Construction. When he moved to Jersey, he worked on Albert Pier housing development with French Contractor Spie Batignolles Ouest and Camerons Ltd and he went on to hold the role of Design Manager on the Radisson Hotel and Ogier House.
Pascal’s enthusiasm and vision have been instrumental in our journey. His experience, knowledge and deep understanding of stone and façade systems has been a driving force behind Le Pelley’s recognition as a top contractor in Jersey. He’s also expanded our horizons globally, forging connections with suppliers across Europe and China. Regular factory visits and quality checks ensure that we maintain our commitment to excellence.
Outside of work, Pascal enjoys spending time with his family. He has two daughters, Cece and Maggie, and they enjoy playing football together, paddleboarding, swimming and practising yoga.
